# One video for TikTok, Reels, Shorts and your store

By Con, founder of Music Wide Selfie · Updated 22 October 2026

**Short answer**Frame for vertical with space above and below, keep text and faces in the middle 'safe zone', and record a landscape version at the same time if your camera supports it.

* TikTok and Reels buttons cover the right side and bottom; keep text clear of them.
* Music Wide Selfie's Format Guides and Dynamic Safe Zones show where buttons will sit, and Dual-Format gives a landscape version from one recording.
